We have redesigned our popular ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management programme to be delivered live-on-line via Zoom.
Programme Overview
- Eight 90 minute live-online Zoom workshops
- These sessions will be interactive and involve activities to support everyone’s learning
- Each module covers the core content of the curriculum
- Delegates then undertake written assignments to complete the qualification: approx 2 hours a week self study is required
- The price includes all ongoing support, assignment templates and course summary notes to help delegates attain the qualification
- We also offer the option of self-guided learning. View each pre-recorded module independently and work through the assignments at your own pace
- In this qualification, each unit is accompanied by a set of short written assignments, which you complete independently, with the full support of your course tutors

The aim of this unit is to develop your understanding of leadership
You will gain an understanding of the different leadership styles and qualities, and review your own leadership and potential
For this unit's assessment, you will need to demonstrate your understanding of different leadership styles and behaviours in the context of a familiar organisation, and use feedback to assess and reflect upon your own preferred leadership style
The aim of this unit is to provide you with introductory knowledge and understanding of team building
You will learn how to develop and maintain effective working relationships, and how to build a high-performing team
For this unit's assessment, you will need to provide your own understanding of how to develop and maintain effective working relationships, and demonstrate your understanding of how a team develops and how members have a preference for particular behaviours when working with others
The aim of this unit is to develop your knowledge and understanding of managing conflict and supporting individuals
You will gain an understanding of conflict management in the workplace
You will be assessed on your ability to identify a conflict situation and its affect on others, and demonstrate your understanding of conflict resolution in the workplace
