Self-guided programme

We now offer our popular ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management programme in a self-guided, virtual format, with 12 pre-recorded modules, plus individual written assignments to complete in your own time, at your own pace  from wherever you are.

This is our most affordable, fast-track programme.

Programme Overview 

This new, virtual self-guided programme comprises twelve 30-60 minute recorded modules, covering the core elements of the ILM curriculum.

Each module contains activities and exercises to complete, to embed the learning

This is accompanied by individual written assignments, to complete between each module, with the support of your trainers.

Specific content:

• Leadership & Management
• My signature Leadership style
• How to Develop an Effective Team
• Managing Conflict in the Workplace

All units can be completed independently, at your own pace, in your own time

• You will be provided with a workbook for each unit, which contains all of the necessary content for that unit, as well as guidance for completing them
• You will need to answer a series of short questions for each unit
• You will have the full support from your tutors throughout the duration of the course
