We run our training in small groups and work hard to support everyone throughout the whole programme. All workshops are currently running via Zoom.
We offer additional virtual group coaching sessions to share achievements and challenges, answer questions and provide advice, and keep everyone’s momentum going while you complete your assignments.
We are coaches ourselves, so we practice what we preach!
We have launched a monthly support and networking group, Coaches & Coffee, to create a sense of community after your workshops have finished, to keep in touch and offer further opportunities for skills development. These are friendly and informal and help you keep developing your coaching skills.

Our Level 3 Award & Certificate in Coaching is ideal for anyone who coaches others, particularly (but not exclusively) in the context of work, as a trainer, consultant, leader or colleague.

ILM Level 3 in Effective Coaching: What you need to know
All courses are currently being delivered virtually
The course comprises 6 half day workshops, 2 weeks apart
A relaxed environment, with small groups and experienced facilitators
Provides the core knowledge, skills and behaviours to coach confidently and effectively
Highly engaging, participative, creative and lots of fun
Plenty of discussion & activities, skills practice & individual feedback, to aid self awareness and personal development
Prepares you to undertake individual assignments to be completed at your own pace
Extensive support is offered throughout, until you complete the course
We offer 2 levels within our ILM LEVEL 3 in Effective Coaching Programme
Award Level: requires 6 hours of practical coaching
Certificate Level: requires 12 hours of coaching with 2 different people
Both programmes comprise the same training workshops, accompanied by individual written and coaching assignments, throughout which you will be fully supported by our trainers and your fellow delegates. You can complete these at your own pace.
Our style is friendly, relaxed and interactive – you will be learning and practising your skills in a fully supportive environment.

What units will I take? What skills and knowledge will I gain from them?
The role of the coach, the benefits, skills and behaviours of an effective coach
Contracting, ethics and record keeping when coaching
Agreeing goals, structuring coaching, overcoming barriers and working with different learning styles
Completing a series of written assignments to demonstrate knowledge and understanding
Establishing and developing practical coaching skills
Planning coaching, building trust & rapport and contracting with your coachee
Conducting 6, or 12, hours of workplace coaching, and keeping accurate records
Using diagnostic and assessment tools to increase self awareness
Using feedback to develop coaching capability and confidence
Analysing the success of your coaching, with our support, to help future growth
Analysing your coaching strategies, using appropriate tools and techniques
Personal evaluation, reflecting on your personal strengths and development areas
Planning continuing learning, creating tangible actions and next steps
